3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via phone or email with your booking ID.
Provide the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation is considered valid only after confirmation from our team.
You will receive confirmation once the refund is initiated.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Bookings made using promotional codes or special discounts (unless specified otherwise).
Late arrival resulting in partial slot usage.
Removal due to violation of facility rules.
Force majeure events including natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Rescheduling

Free rescheduling if requested more than 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling between 12–24 hours before booking incurs a ₹100 fee.
Rescheduling is not permitted within 12 hours of the booking.
New slot is subject to availability.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
