1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cricket Adda 24x7 website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels.
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
Players must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled slot.
Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time without refund.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to maintenance, weather conditions, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking).
For offline bookings, cash and UPI payments may be accepted.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking: Full refund.
Cancellations made between 12–24 hours before the booking: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking: No refund.
No-shows are not eligible for refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Facility Rules

Proper sports shoes are mandatory on the turf.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.
Food and beverages are not allowed on the playing surface.
Players participate at their own risk.
Management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
Any damage caused due to negligence will be chargeable.

6. Liability

Cricket Adda 24x7 shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages arising from the use of our facilities. Players are advised to exercise caution and arrange appropriate insurance coverage if necessary.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures, or technical disruptions.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
